Our elegant and spacious guest accommodation is entirely private from the family home, having its own street access and separate staircase. This will give you a sense of independence whether here for business or pleasure.
No. 9 Walton Terrace is a Grade 2 listed house, built in the early 1700’s. It is situated in the Walton Conservation area in the centre of Aylesbury, the county town of Buckinghamshire.
With a distinctive Georgian frontage, the house has a large, mature walled garden, and a wealth of period features.
The first floor, Garden room is ideal for couples wishing to have a relaxing break and enjoy The Chiltern Hills or for those visiting the town for business. Accessed from its own private hall way the accommodation has a separate dressing room and large en-suite bathroom with double vanity basins, shower and free standing bath tub. Remarkably for its busy town centre location, the king size-bed room is quiet and peaceful, with views over the beautiful walled, 1/3 acre garden.
In addition to two adults, The Garden Room can accommodate one infant in a travel cot or one child on a folding bed, these can be provided in the room by arrangement; older children who are able to sleep in The Attic Room are also very welcome. For a supplement, this twin-bed room on the second floor off the same private staircase is available. Please call to discuss your requirements with us.
Accommodation is from £40 pppn for a couple sharing.
Come and stay in one of Aylesbury’s historic houses, that is still a family home.
